With a Pharmacy Search, Search Pros obtains the dates your claimant received prescriptions at pharmacies in his/her area. If the claimant received more than one prescription, then the date will appear more than one time. Dates are listed for each script received that day.
The search starts with the pharmacies closest to the claimant's address, and will include larger chain stores if they are in the area, even if they are not one of the closest eleven.

- Walgreen's
These national chains usually provide information on claimants for all their locations, which can be very helpful for your research. Search Pros counts these national chains as one of your facilities on your report. This way you can obtain more information for your money.

Once you find the pharmacy providing medication to your claimant, you can submit a subpoena or signed medical release for the claimant's complete records.
